“I have worked with Mike Obara at several weddings. He is the first DJ I go to when a couple needs one. He has always been professional and gone above and beyond for his clients to make their wedding a memorable experience. When I work with him he always returns phone calls / emails in a timely manner. “I had started planning my daughter’s wedding literally two years ago. I felt that I had covered all my bases feeling confident with the choices I had made for the catering, photography, and music. As the wedding approached, I had contacted all of my contracted assistance only to find out that my disc jockey had pretty much fallen off the face of the earth. He had moved from his residence, disconnected his personal and company phone and left his office. He had a very professional studio office and he assured me that he would respond to any questions I had a long the way. He certainly did that. I reached out many times with questions and song lists, Mike responded every time with very quickly with guidance.

The big day came and Mike was of course, his professional self all set up , knowing exactly how to place his equipment and speakers giving the reception a perfect sound effect, which isn’t easy to do in a huge glass garden house. It was absolutely perfect! He presented himself with such professionalism and charm. He was very approachable for anyone to speak with him throughout the evening. Our guests were very impressed and never left the dance floor! We were in very good hands. I took special notice of the songs he played while we were eating, so perfect and all that we had gone over. Not to loud through dinner, which was fabulous as people were chatting and getting to know each other.

“Mike was not my original DJ. The first DJ came as part of a catering package at a discounted rate. (That should have been my first warning sign, but having never hired a DJ, I just didn’t know any better!)
